Introducing My Billionaires with Heart Series by Liwen Y. Ho

Do you know who's been taking over the clean and wholesome romance category by storm? Billionaires! Yes, the latest trend in romance, especially sweet romance, are wealthy leading men. Along with the extra zeroes in their bank accounts, these male characters appeal to readers because of their power and presence. You could say that billionaires are ultra alpha males, men who have the capacity to take care of the women in their lives.

I can definitely understand the appeal that these stories have, which is why I decided to write my own take on them. My Billionaires with Heart series looks at three siblings who come into wealth through a family inheritance. Due to their background, they're a little more grounded than someone who may have been born rich, but they also have access to the benefits that come with wealth.

Most importantly, these siblings learn that love can't be bought. Each story gives a glimpse into their lives as they navigate through the ups and downs of building and mending relationships with the ones they love.

Without further ado, may I introduce you to the leading men in this series: Gabriel, Noah, and Devon!

The first story, At Odds with the Billionaire, is now available on for 99¢ or free with Kindle Unlimited.

Books 2 and 3 are also available for pre-order. Each novelette provides you with a quick tropical escape during your busy day. Click on these links for more information:

Book 2: Best Friends with the Billionaire (coming November 26th)
Book 3: Crushing on the Billionaire (coming December 10th)

Do you ever go Novembering? by Alicia Street

I do. Novembering is what I call indulging in the deep nostalgia that takes over my brain in November. To me, it is a month for remembering. The summer is truly gone, and with Thanksgiving approaching and the Christmas holidays right around the corner, I can’t help but go back to thoughts of years past.

I love to take walks in the crisp autumn air and remember all the things I’m grateful to have lived and experienced. All the people who’ve touched my life and the things I’ve been lucky enough to do. A few years back, my mom passed away just before Thanksgiving, so memories of her warmth always fill me when I see the leaves turning red and gold. And I can’t seem to stop myself from collecting the prettiest autumn leaves and pressing them into the pages of a book—a yearly ritual my mom and I began when I was seven years old.

Novembering is also that special feeling of returning to familiar rituals—like making cranberry sauce from fresh berries or sticking cloves in oranges to make pomanders or finding my grandmother’s big serving platter for the turkey—the kinds of things that bring up precious memories of days shared with family and friends year after year. I was one of four children and both my parents came from large families, so the fall and winter holidays meant our house was often full of cousins and aunts and uncles and neighbors and the excitement of food and crafts and festivities.

I can’t help the childlike giddiness that fills me whenever this time of year rolls around.
And the precious memories. By the time I get through the month of November and Thanksgiving arrives, I’ve catalogued a whole life’s worth of thankfulness.

Do you ever go Novembering?

Some Fun Holidays to Celebrate by Merrillee Whren

Today is National Spicy Guacamole Day. You can spice up your life by adding lots of chilies, jalapenos, cumin, or red chili flakes to your favorite guacamole recipe. Even though I live in southern Arizona, where guacamole is very popular, I'm not a fan, probably because I don't like avocadoes. What about you? Do you like guacamole?

The other fun holiday is National Pickle Day. I do like pickles. I'm not sure which pickles are my favorite. When I was a kid, I didn't like dill pickles. Now I like them, especially on a cheeseburger. What is your favorite kind of pickle?

To celebrate these holidays, I'm giving away a copy of the first book in my Kellersburg series, HOMETOWN PROMISE, to one person who leaves a comment.

The revised story, “Merry Christmas, Amor” will be available in a boxed set very soon. I'll share all the details when they're available.

In the meantime, here’s where you can read my current story, Since You Went Away, in the boxed set, Be Still My Heart.

4 Fun Facts about Hawaii

My new holiday sweet romance, Aloha to Love, is set on a cruise ship, and the beautiful Hawaiian islands.

Here's 4 fun facts I learned about the islands while I was researching my book.

1.  In Hawaii, the wind blows east to west.
2.  Kilauea volcano is the world's most active. Because the hero is a volcanologist, the volcano is mentioned several times in the book.
3.  Hawaii is the only state that grows coffee.
4.  The Hawaiian islands are world leaders in harvesting orchids and macadamia nuts.

Have you ever visited Hawaii? Please leave your comments below.

Be sure to grab your copy of Aloha to Love  today, and enjoy your armchair visit to the islands!

Rodeo Romance from Shanna Hatfield

Racing Christmas, the sixth in the Rodeo Romance series, just released and I'm happy to share a little about it with you today.

She’s racing to save the ranch
He’s struggling to win her heart. . . again

Brylee Barton has just one goal in mind: win the barrel racing world championship. Not for the glory, but for the attached cash prize that could save her family’s ranch. When an injury leaves her at the mercy of the very same copper-headed, silver-tongued cowboy she once vowed to loathe forever, she has no choice but to swallow her pride and accept his help.

Fun-loving, easy-going Shaun Price has a million dollar smile, more charm than he can channel, and a string of ex-girlfriends rumored to have started their own support group. When the one woman he’s never quite managed to get out of his head or heart needs his assistance, he jumps at the chance to help. Little does he realize how challenging it will be to keep from falling for her all over again.

With the holiday season fast approaching, will Shaun and Brylee discover the gift of forgiveness, and experience their own happily-ever-after?

This sweet Christmas romance warms the heart, lifts the spirit, and touches the soul with its message of forgiveness, hope, and redemption. Don’t miss it!

When I wrote the first book in this series, The Christmas Cowboy, I needed some help with a bit of research. I reached out to the Justin Sportsmedicine Team and they were incredibly helpful. They also told me about an organization called the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund. This non-profit organization provides help to injured rodeo athletes and 100 percent of their donations goes straight to the fund.

I was so impressed, I decided to give back to the JCCF through a yearly campaign called  Read a Book, Help a Cowboy. It raises funds and awareness for JCCF.

From November 1 through December 24, I donate a percentage of my book sales to the JCCF. For more details, hop over to my website: Basically, any book I've written that you purchase between now and Christmas helps out those injured athletes.

Also, I've got a freebie to offer you today!

One Old West Cinderella discovers
Prince Charming is a. . . Cowboy?

The death of her mother left Philamena Booth grieving and at the mercy of her drunken father. After spending more than a decade held captive on their run-down farm, she’s left speechless when her father strikes a bargain to settle a long overdue debt. In lieu of payment, a handsome cowboy agrees to take Philamena. Mortified yet relieved to leave the farm, she finds herself married to the charismatic, caring man.
Luke Granger might own Hardman’s bank and the fanciest house in the Eastern Oregon town, but he’d much rather be outside riding his horses or wrangling his herd of cattle than keeping his account books straight. In a strange, unsettling turn of events, he finds himself accepting a farmer’s daughter instead of money to cover a loan. If the man hadn’t threatened to sell her to the saloon owner, Luke might have refused. He has no idea what to do with the beautiful Filly or their marriage of convenience, but he’s about to get far more than he bargained for.
Full of Victorian and western charm, The Christmas Bargain is a sweet holiday romance filled with the spirit of the season.
Here’s an exceprt:
Luke grinned at her and wiggled his fingers. “Come on, Filly. It’s a little late to worry about propriety now, don’t you think?”

She took his hand and swung behind him, lacing her hands around his waist and leaning her head against his back. As they rode to the parsonage, Luke kept his hand resting on top of hers.

“I’d like to speak with you about your ride to the Jenkins farm,” he said, using his most official banker’s tone.

She should have known riding through town with her skirts up to her knees and hair flying would embarrass Luke. She was really going to have to work on behaving with more decorum. More like a proper banker’s wife.

He smiled and his icy eyes warmed to a liquid blue as he looked at her over his shoulder. “I’d like to discuss how enticing you looked with your skirts hiked up and your hair rippling behind you. I pictured you as some ancient Irish warrior queen riding into battle. Filly, my girl, you’ve been holding out on me by keeping all that glorious hair confined to buns or braids. I think we need a let-your-hair-down lesson to go along with our kissing lessons.”
