1. Offer to help them in some way.
2. Wave and smile.
3. Invite them over for a BBQ, assuming you can social distance.
4. Take over a plate of something yummy. Years ago my neighbor brought me a bag of lemons. I've never forgotten that gesture. Those lemons made some amazing lemonade.
5. Keep your yard looking nice. Yes, that is showing kindness to your neighbors.
6. Keep your music low enough that your neighbors aren't forced to listen.
