It's an old favorite. A Soft Place to Fall was also at least my second marriage resurrected title. Although it's not included on anyone's list of tropes, it's nevertheless one I love to read and to write. Possibly this is because in the 55 years Duane and I have been married, resurrection has happened more than once--although not as dramatically, romantically, or neatly tied-in-a-bow the way it's done in books. Even the way I do it in books.

For a few more days, this story of heartbreak and redemption and family love and loyalty is 99 cents. I hope you'll give it a look.
