I enjoy making my own chocolate. Although I love all kinds of chocolate, my favorite kind to make is the healthier
version.
Today, I’m
sharing my recipe for a microwave pudding that probably isn’t completely
healthy but the ingredients are simpler than the puddings at the supermarket.
And most of
all, it’s quick and easy to make--and delicious!
***Dark Chocolate Pudding in a Mug***
Mix the
following ingredients in a mug:
1 tsp
cornstarch
2 Tb dark
chocolate chips
1 and 1/2
Tb sugar or sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, honey, etc.)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/4 tsp vanilla
Microwave
for 30 seconds and stir ingredients. Microwave an additional 30 seconds and
stir again. Depending on your microwave, you might need to cook it for another
10 seconds or so.
Let it cool
to a comfortable temperature and enjoy it warm or refrigerate!
