Halloween and Candy by Margaret Daley

Halloween is just around the corner. I'm prepared though for October 31st. I've gotten my candy and now the hard challenge of not dipping into the candy bowl before Halloween has started. The Snicker bars are calling me. As you can see, Snicker Bars is my favorite candy. What is your favorite candy?

  2. Margaret,
Every year, I buy candy ahead of time, and then my husband (and I!) eat it. This year, I've waited until the last minute and hope there's a good candy selection left in the stores.

    1. I know I have Snickers in my house and it will take a lot of will power not to eat any. I probably won't make it to Halloween.

  3. Margaret, thank you for sharing those candy facts. Scarier than Halloween is the number of candy calories some children are consuming--yikes! I don't have trick or treaters anymore, since I live in an apartment. I used to have the same problem with disappearing candy though. I finally got smart and bought the kinds my husband and I didn't like much.

  4. Funny that Reese Peanut Butter Cups are the most popular. I hate them. So I always buy them to keep from eating the candy before Halloween.
