I also loved Stowe & Waterbury VT which I visited as an adult. But the plastic bags didn’t play a part then. I actually “donate” my plastic ShopRite & Walmart bags to two church groups. Our own church does a free clothes giveaway on the third Saturday of the month, and another church has a thrift store. :)auntsis59https://www.blogger.com/profile/05926718076936582532noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4549640562097540413.post-83766309058775084542019-12-07T05:51:53.115-08:002019-12-07T05:51:53.115-08:00I didn’t know that Jean!! We have been bringing out own bags to the grocery store and places like Target for years--long before this law came to be. It's a bit more challenging to remember to bring one to the mall though. When I go to the mall, I don't like to carry around an empty bag, and I don't have a cart to put it in.Kimberlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05960713297391204202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4549640562097540413.post-25793313264058765012019-12-03T11:20:48.686-08:002019-12-03T11:20:48.686-08:00The bags made from recycled plastic are great. I'm guilty of choosing reusable bags based on how they look, like because they have a pretty Eiffel Tower scene on them. Since I often shop at Aldi, I always have reusable shopping bags in both cars. They are handy for all sorts of things. I have visited England, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and Poland. Switzerland around Interlaken is beautiful. Small villages nestles on hillsides and crystal clear inland lakes with delightful hospitality and cuisine. Happy HolidaysOmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00837139227942515578noreply@blogger.com
